Aletha joined VanderLeek Law in January 2022 on a part-time basis to provide administrative and managerial support. Her willingness to build the firm from the inside out allows others to focus on client work. Specifically, she has been able to assist with the recruiting process as VanderLeek Law seeks to build their team.  

In the past Aletha has been able to develop her skills by working in Human Resources within several industries, including engineering, accounting and retail.  When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her young family.
