Kendall joined VanderLeek Law in the summer of 2023. Having worked remotely for a national firm for some time, she was happy to join a firm that valued teamwork and a collaborative approach to assisting clients.
Kendall graduated from Western University with honours, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and English. She then went on to Mohawk College and got her paralegal license in Ontario in 2020. After a year, she moved to Calgary, where she taught classes at SAIT for a semester in legal procedures.
As a Legal Assistant at VanderLeek Law, she assists Michaela Summers in her practise. While she enjoys drafting estate planning documents, her favourite files are Estate Administration. She enjoys the challenge of learning how each estate has different needs and meeting them.
In her free time, Kendall enjoys spending time with her partner and their many pets, most recently chickens named Tulip, Twig and Toad.
